Prop Work

01
SpongeBob SquarePants: The Broadway Musical
Designed and constructed stage signs that were lightweight, easily movable, and visually clear for audiences seated farther back than a typical auditorium. Also created an ominous sign for Mt. Humongous, using design and texture to establish a darker tone that enhanced the atmosphere of the scenes.
02
Finding Nemo Jr.
Recreated the Barracuda from the film in the style of a traditional Chinese dragon puppet, designed to stand out under limited stage lighting while maintaining fluid movement and strong visual impact.

03
Mary Poppins - Paintings
Tasked with designing Bert’s paintings to reference the original film while incorporating realism to capture the essence of a true park. Developed techniques to create the illusion of flowers “popping out” of the painting and being physically removed onstage, adding depth and theatrical magic to the scene.
04
Mary Poppins - Carousel Horses
Recreated the essence of the carousel sequence from the film by designing two-sided carousel horse puppets. Built for ease of movement, the puppets were crafted to glide smoothly across the stage, enhancing choreography while preserving the whimsical charm of the original movie.
